Control principle
PID algorithm optimization: Adopt adaptive PID control to correct temperature deviation in real time (such as automatic compensation heating when local temperature drop is detected).
Multi-point temperature measurement: 6-8 thermocouples are arranged in the furnace, and data fusion technology is used to ensure that the temperature difference in the whole area is ≤1°C.
