Used for denture restorations, temporary crowns and sculpted trays as an alternative to dental wax, these PMMA blocks offer numerous benefits. They have excellent biocompatibility, natural tooth colour, superior wear resistance and are manufactured under a high temperature and pressure process to ensure durability. The multi-layer variants offer excellent machinability, stress-free processing to reduce deformation, a high melting point to ensure stability during milling, and anti-static properties for a smooth and efficient workflow. With a hardness of 75-85, a melting point of 240-270°C, a density of 1.19, excellent toughness, good processability, an ash content of 0.029% and a shrinkage of 0.5%, these PMMA blocks ensure precision, durability and efficiency in dental restorative procedures.
